The Homestager returns to their office to prepares a detailed written report on what needs to be done and the priorities with the minimum of capital expenditure. A second visit is arranged for a day or two later to discuss the report with the owner. Then on the third visit which has been arranged at some mutually suitable time later on the Homestager comes to monitor the progress.

Additional rooms can be staged for separate fees depending on each room. * This will be with the use of current accessories available within the property already.
