If so, you can take advantage of our fantastic new photo service saving you time and money whilst still getting the advice you need and want to sell or let your property, or even just to change a room or two to make you feel better.

 

 

                       

 How does it work?

 

Send us photos of your chosen room(s) from every angle you can. We receive and analyse them,  then,  provide you with a full report including  great suggestions as to what changes you can immediately make.

 

We always try and use what you have in the room already to avoid further costs but if we feel it would be better to add as well as move and remove, we will send over samples, ideas and colour suggestions as well as trade referrals of people who can help complete the job (subject to location).

 

***If you live in the UK,  we can give you specific references of items you could and should buy from Ikea,  John Lewis,  Habitat, Argos and many other easy to reach suppliers***

 

We will keep in touch with you until you (and we) are happy you have got it right.

 

All you need to do is pay a small  fee for the number of rooms you wish a report on and follow the simple instructions to send us your photos and complete a short questionnaire in order that we can further establish your needs.

 

The only other thing we ask is that when you are completely satisfied, you will recommend us to others and let us use your photos for our gallery.

 

                          

 

 

 

What Rooms can you do?

 

Choose from Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Study, Bedrooms, Bathrooms,  Front of House (kerb appeal), Gardens , Pool Area or any other type of room you may have.

 

How long will it take?

 

Once you send us the photos we will endeavour to have everything back to you within 24-48hrs. That way you can get started right away and have your property looking great within a few days and hopefully that next viewer will be the one that buys!

 

How much does it cost?

 

The introductory price for this service is just £25per room (even less on ebay if you’re lucky!!).

 

Contact us for package prices if you would like analysis on 3 rooms or more.

 

Remember, this is an investment rather than a cost.
