Property Management Services
Our Core Services Include:
Key holding and Security- (All keys managed and held in secure premises. Alarms installed can be linked to our mobiles for instant response to any break-ins.) Inventory Preparation and Checks (Ensures safekeeping of your belongings. Ensuring all necessary equipment in place for letting and replacing and renewing as necessary and as agreed with owner.)
Once per week property inspection(minimum) (when not occupied) which includes:
Checking of all windows, doors and shutters, ensuring security.
Flushing of toilets.
General checks and testing of electrical appliances.
Checking of all light bulbs.
Checking TV/Satellite signal.
Ensuring all outside furniture is secure, especially in winter months,
bringing in any cushion covers etc to protect against any harsh
elements.
General structural checks, internal and external. All above services are provided after each let as a matter of course always ensuring the smooth running of your property.
Coordination of all services as well as extra services (
E.g.
Garden, Cleaning and Pool).
24/7 on call service for you the owner and your guests in case of emergencies.
Provide and keep up to date, a thorough information pack relating to the general running of your property as well as useful information about the area and resort.
Ensuring cleaning(by our own cleaners) is carried out to the highest possible standard with supervisor checks prior to guest arrival.
The flexibility to work with other agents regarding the cleaning of your property at any given time with as little as 48 hours notice.
Reading and recording electricity and water meters.
Coordinate with developers pertaining to any issues or problems with the property whilst still under warranty.
Provide all guest services relating to bookings made by otheragents, owners & ourselves including provision of welcome packs,arranging airport pick ups and car hire (paid separately), meet and greets** at the property and being available for emergencies and general assistance (included).
** Meet and greet means that guests will be met upon arrival at the property during normal working hours. If out with these hours, the guest will be visited within 24 hours of their arrival**
